A majority of neighborhood businesses participated in the SALT District Business Survey during the summer of 2009. The report found that the Near Westside business community would greatly benefit from the creation of a neighborhood business association. An association would work to promote and develop the area business community and allow area businesses to engage in cross-promotion and joint advertising, build strategic business partnerships, gain access to valuable community resources, etc. Who’s eligible to join the NWS Business Association?
